Division 1 concluded yesterday as Michael and Mark played their matches, with an attempt at the travel-gammon award, near the East Midlands airport*:

It must’ve been a tense second match for Mark, but he pulled out the victory he needed to stay in the premiership for yet another season, along with other long-term resident Julia.

Congratulations to Michael and commiserations to Roger, who is relegated by a measly 3 points of goal difference.

*I’m not sure it beats Richard’s legendary tour of three counties in an open-topped sports car last Summer 🙂
