It was a true rollercoaster ride for Peter Booth and Jeremy Chitsiga in the first of their league matches yesterday at The Quy Mill Hotel. Peter got off to a good start taking at 4-0 lead but Jeremy put together a good string of games taking a lead at 4-8. In the closing stages at 8-9 in Jeremy’s favour he doubled and Peter immediately doubled back in a game that looked quite evenly balanced. And indeed it was, as it came down to one roll of the dice to secure a win for Peter.
