Rob continued his winning streak at the Haymakers this afternoon in his first match against Neil Foston. Although Neil took an early lead, at 6-2 up there was a crucial redouble decision:

It’s a good money double. It’s ok as an initial double at 2-0 up to 5. But at this score it’s a tragic mistake (528 stupids). Rob took full advantage by correctly redoubling to 8 immediately, despite being put on the bar, then the game swung alarmingly back and forth before finally going his way.  As did the Crawford game, but far less eventfully.

Rob now has 3 wins out of 3 and is guaranteed to win the mini-league between Neil, Rob and Steve.
