Neil Foston completed his league campaign today with his second match against Michael Skinner. A win would almost certainly have secured the Division 2 title, but having won their first match, Neil was unable to make it a double. Michael, still in contention for promotion was the winner on this occasion and now the league is very open with many possible outcomes.
