Jon Ayling and Roger Salmon played the final two matches in Division 2 and took one a piece. Roger was fighting for survival in Div. 2 and with a favourable points difference Jon was looking at the possibility of topping the division. The final results were;

Jon Ayling 11 v 1 Roger Salmon
Roger Salmon 11 v 8 Jon Ayling

This means that Roger finishes in the relegation spot and Jon finishes second overall. Neil Foston will be promoted back into Division 1 next season.
